How quickly do you reply?

Within one working day, Monday to Friday. Weekend messages are answered on Monday.

Can I see a sofa in person?

We do not have a showroom yet. Free fabric swatches are the next best thing — ask us and we will post a set.

Where is my order?

We email tracking as soon as your sofa leaves the workshop. If your delivery window has passed, message us and we will chase it.
