Standard-size sofas: 14-day returns
If you change your mind about a standard-size sofa, footstool or set (any item ordered in the sizes shown on our website), you can cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery. Just tell us within that time by WhatsApp or email.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
- We will arrange collection with you and confirm any collection charge before it is booked.
- Once the item is back with us and checked, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
Custom-made orders
Sofas made to your own size, layout or special request are built to order just for you. Because of this, custom-made items cannot be returned or cancelled for a change of mind once production has started. This does not affect your rights if a custom item is faulty or not as described.
Faulty or damaged items
Please check your sofa when it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with photos. We will sort out any fault or issue within 10 days, by repairing, replacing or refunding the item. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
How to start a return
