Delivery
We make every sofa ourselves at our unit in Accrington, Lancashire. Most orders are made and delivered within 5 to 15 days of ordering, and delivery is free anywhere in the UK. We'll contact you to arrange a delivery day that suits you.

Returns
Standard-size items: you can return them within 14 days of delivery. Let us know within that time, and make sure the item is unused and in its original condition. We'll arrange collection and confirm any collection charge with you before it's booked, then refund you within 14 days of receiving it back.
Custom-made items: sofas made to your own size, layout or special request can't be returned for a change of mind once production has started.
Faulty or damaged items
Please check your sofa on delivery. If anything is faulty, damaged or not as described, send us photos on WhatsApp or by email as soon as possible, and we'll sort it out within 10 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
