1. About us

2. Your order

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your contract with us is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error, and we will refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Full payment is taken at checkout. We do not currently offer finance or pay-later options.

4. Delivery

Delivery is free anywhere in the UK. Most orders are made and delivered within 5 to 15 days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. Custom-made orders

Sofas made to your own size, layout or special request are made to order for you. Please check measurements, fabric and colour carefully before ordering, as custom-made items cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind once production has started.

6. Returns and faulty items

Standard-size items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will sort out the issue within 10 days. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Product information

We try to show our products and fabric colours as accurately as possible, but colours can look slightly different on different screens, and small variations in handmade items are normal.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
