Delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in the UK.
How long will my sofa take?
Most orders are made and delivered within 5 to 15 days of ordering. We'll contact you to arrange a delivery day that suits you.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over the United Kingdom.
Ordering and payment
How do I pay?
Full payment is taken securely at checkout.
Do you offer finance or pay later?
Not at the moment. All orders are paid in full at checkout.
Can I get a sofa in a custom size?
Yes. We make our sofas ourselves, so we can build to your measurements or layout. See our Custom orders page or message us on WhatsApp for a quote.
Fabrics
What fabrics can I choose from?
We offer five fabric ranges: Naples, Plush Velvet, Jumbo Cord, Teddy Bouclé and Textured Weave, in over 45 colours. See them all on our Fabrics & colours page.
Can I see the fabric colours more closely?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you close-up photos and videos of the colours you're interested in.
Returns and issues
Can I return my sofa?
Standard-size items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. Custom-made sofas can't be returned for a change of mind. See our Refund policy for full details.
What if something is wrong with my sofa?
Contact us with photos as soon as possible. We will sort out any fault or issue within 10 days.
Sizing
How do I know the sofa will fit?
Measure your room, doorways, hallways and stairs before ordering. Our Measuring guide shows you how. If you're unsure, send us your measurements and we'll check for you.
